Yoga Classes at Work

Classes can be scheduled before or after work, or at lunch
time

A conference room, gymnasium, or lunch room will work well
for classes

Classes are generally one-hour but can be modified to suit
your needs

Classes can be arranged once, twice or three times per week

Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and
ages

A typical class includes physical postures, simple breathing
practices and relaxation

A group of five or more students is recommended with no more
than twenty

A yoga equipment supplier will be provided to you for
ordering props (mats, blocks and straps are recommended)

A six-week commitment of classes is required

Fees can by paid by the company, the employees or a
combination of both

Getting Started
Mindful Fitness will manage your program making it easy for you
to bring yoga to your employees. Lisa Hampton, M.S. has been
teaching yoga and stress management in companies for over 8 years
and has the expertise to provide you with excellent service.

best for your employees

She will visit your site and help you determine the best
space for your class

Lisa will assist you in ordering the yoga supplies needed
for classes

Lisa will provide you with fully qualified, professional and
friendly teachers. A network of reliable yoga professionals
have been selected for their caring and motivating teaching
style and understanding of the needs of the corporate
environment. Every teacher is fully insured and CPR
certified.

She will provide substitute teachers when needed so you don’t
miss a class
