Lisa Hampton integrates mind-body principles into training programs, promoting the balance and focus for you to meet your goals. Lisa will meet with you in your home, office or private gym facility (where allowed).  Lisa works primarily in the central San Diego area, covering Downtown, Mission Hills, Mission Valley, Point Loma, and Clairemont communities.


FEES FOR HOME, OFFICE OR PRIVATE GYM FACILITY  

One-on-One Sessions - One Hour

Single Session ..................$    70
Series of 6 ...........................  378 (10% discount) *

Partner Training (2 people) - One Hour

Single Session...................$    80
Series of 6..........................    432 (10% discount) *

Call for fees on group training (3-8 people) or additional time (i.e. 1 1/2 hour session).

 * Discounts for series are not offered in areas outside of central San Diego and additional travel fees may apply.  All services are payable in advance.
